Welcome to Our Cause Aid! These Terms and Conditions govern your use of our crowdfunding platform and related services. By accessing or using Our Cause Aid, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please refrain from using our platform.

1. 1. Account Registration: To use certain features of Our Cause Aid, you may be required to create an account. You must provide accurate, complete, and current information during the registration process. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account login credentials and are solely responsible for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account or any other breach of security.
   2. Eligibility: Our Cause Aid is intended for individuals who are at least 18 years old or the legal age in their jurisdiction. By using our platform, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement. If you are using Our Cause Aid on behalf of an organization or entity, you represent and warrant that you have the necessary authority to bind that organization or entity to these Terms and Conditions.
   3. Campaigns and Donations: Our Cause Aid allows users to create and contribute to crowdfunding campaigns for various causes and projects. Campaign organizers are solely responsible for the accuracy and completeness of the campaign information, including the cause, goals, and associated details. Donors acknowledge that contributions made to campaigns are voluntary and non-refundable, subject to the Refund Policy outlined separately. Our Cause Aid does not endorse or guarantee the success, validity, or impact of any campaign listed on the platform.
   4. Prohibited Activities: You agree not to use Our Cause Aid for any illegal, unauthorized, or fraudulent purposes. You shall not engage in any activity that may disrupt, interfere with, or harm the functioning of Our Cause Aid or its users. You shall not attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of Our Cause Aid or its systems. Our Cause Aid reserves the right to suspend, terminate, or restrict your access to the platform if you violate these Terms and Conditions.
   5. Intellectual Property: Our Cause Aid and its content, including logos, trademarks, texts, images, and other materials, are protected by intellectual property rights. You agree not to reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works of any content on Our Cause Aid without obtaining prior written permission.
   6. Limitation of Liability: Our Cause Aid and its affiliates shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or exemplary damages arising from your use of the platform or any content therein. Our Cause Aid does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of any content or information provided on the platform.
   7. Privacy: Your use of Our Cause Aid is subject to our Privacy Policy, which outlines how we collect, use, and protect your personal information.
   8. Modifications and Termination: Our Cause Aid reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the platform or any part thereof, at any time and without prior notice.
   9. Governing Law: These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed by the laws of Ghana. Any disputes arising from these Terms and Conditions shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Ghana.
